I believe DW should be sacked immediately!
Why?
How many times do we see a team performing poorly and as soon as the manager is sacked there is a 100% improvement straight away!(Carlisle)
The players,more than likely,do not like or feel comfortable with the present formation at the moment and obviously are lacking confidence.
I really believe that if DW was sacked today and the formation was changed we would see a vast improvement in this team with the same players on the park!
DW is to blame as he is playing a system that is not working,and he hasn't got the quality of players either.
You don't always need big money signings to be successful,look at Dave Bassett for example,he assembled nearly a full squad on a shoestring and got those players to play to their strengths and working together as a team,which DW is not doing at present!
Like i said,we would see a vast improvement straight away if DW was sacked now,a caretaker manager took over and changed the formation,we would start winning games i have no doubt about that!
We can't afford to give DW another 5 or 10 games as we will be too far behind the leaders by then,(20 points at the moment),by then it could be 25 or 30 behind,at least now hopefully we could possibly turn it around,with 2 or 3 additions to the squad,and climb the table and prevent the season becoming a total write off!
