I'd like to see that, but as Wilder said there will be rotation with there being 3 games in a week.

I imagine it will be something along the lines of:

--------------Cooper
Tanganga McGuinness Mee Burrows
--------- Matos --- Peck
Brooks------O'Hare-------Barry
-------------Cannon

Maybe Oné in there somewhere if he's fit.

God that looks weak.....no goals in that side.

I'd be tempted to start Ings and try and put some fire in Campbell's belly for coming on as sub.

----------------------Cooper
-------Tanganga-McGuinness-Mee
Ogbene---Soumare---Peck---McCallum
-----------O'Hare------------Brooks
--------------------Campbell

Reidewald, Burrows, Ings and Shackleton all to get at least 20-25 mins off the bench in second half, to rest Campbell, Soumare, McCallum and Ogbene for Friday.

Matos to come on for one of O'Hare/Brooks at CAM, not his usual position but with Hamer and Chong injured, our only remaining options for backup CAM are Barry (playing out of position) and Marsh (who isn't even on the bench).

Just shows how shite we’ve become if that’s our line up

🤦

Our squad is a bit of a mess. Dotted with quality here and there, but way too much filler. Why we didn't invest in a proper striker this summer baffles me. Ings looks good when he comes on, but there's no way he'll play more than 60 minutes in any game this season.

One injury to Hamer and our entire forward line looks ineffective.

I'm happy with our defence, but that's about it.

Put a fully fit Hamer and Arblaster definitely improves us, but one injury buggers us.

He took a knock on Saturday, came off walking gingerly.

Does Ings have 45 minutes in him?

Awaiting the outrage of Canon starting.
"Does Ings have 45 mins in him"...I f in hope so, hes a professional athlete who is paid a fortune to be one.

Ive liked the look of him when hes cone on. Hes got all the nous of a wily old CF, holds it up well, makes the rigjt runs and knows where the back of the net is.

Id start him and see if we can get 55-60 mins out of him

Starting Barry and Cannon you're essentially starting with 9 players

Wilder took Ings off on 62 minutes to spite me

Good subs made at the right time last night, feeling more optimistic already. Stronger starting XI than I expected, Cannon aside.
