That win at Coventry means a win on Monday (May 6) v Crewe Alexandra secures the North Group Title for our U21s.

Currently showing as NOON on Monday at Chesterfield.

See you there...

Crewe first team got a play off game at 5:30

That's why this one is switched to Noon

Fingers crossed this is a sign he’s signing the new deal, bit risky to play if he’s looking to move on incase he gets injured.

Great news.

1-0 Oné, utterly dominant. Jebbo has his boots on the wrong feet atm but good to see him Back nonetheless, it’ll all come with game time, very impressive to say we’re playing with a mb attacking midfielder and striker playing as holders

Looked like we press really well.

2-0 marsh, great interplay between marsh and Jebbo. Think it took a deflection but a great goal regardless. Could be 5/6 already this but keepers made a couple of saves and a couple of poor finishes

Would love to see onè and jebbo progress and become the next Deane and Agana. Championship would let them shine, Prem would not.

One is still raw and learning his job but he is going to be some player showing this much ability at just 17, Jebbo rusty as to be expected but shown a few glimpses and just great to see him back in action. Everyone else playing really good with the defence not having much to do. One player who impresses me the more I see him is Curtis, never fazed even when the ball is fired into him under pressure, very good in possession and technically very good.

Yep was Curtis but really Crewe look as bad at defending as our first team!

Just got out. Solid and easy win in a really one sided game where Crewe barely got in our half. They looked very young and Utd dominated.

Curtis was poor 1st half but had a much better second half. Dovy always looks composed and Hampson/Blacker were neat and tidy.

Jebbo looked rusty as expected but few decent bits too. One is a hard one to assess. He's physically huge for his age and quick but does not always make the right runs/decisions and his touch is mixed. There's lots of attributes though and with time (loans) I think there is a player but I thought that about Osula and not sure he's pushed on last 12-18 months.

Marsh was excellent and often is at this level which he is too good for. Lovely balance, two footed and sort if glides across the field. His loan at Donny did not work so needs another spell out next season.

It's hard to say if any are ready for league football against such poor opposition and young kids essentially.

United need to move up a level quickly as they are not being tested v such sides even if they have done well to keep winning their respective league.

Marsh was excellent and substituted early. 2 of the 17 year olds (One and Dovy) look very good prospects and, despite the criticism I seem to see of him on here, Curtis impressed me again.
Remember who we have played
Absolute miss match
Cant assess anything playing teams as weak as this
