Anybody know for sure what's happening with iFollow, Sky and streaming next year? Somebody told me that Sky are streaming the midweek games via Club websites - then somebody else said that was not until 2019/20.

I successfully watched all the away games that I couldn't get to on iFollow with Nord VPN set to Italy last season, until the last game at Bristol C when I got a not available at your location message. Have iFollow started blocking VPN's now?

2019/20 season when the new tv deal kicks in is when the Sky streaming of midweek games begins.

I had similar problems for last few games. I cleared cache and cookies and tried several different servers and countries. Eventually got it working but lost around 20 minutes of each game. I'm also using Nord. I'll sign up again, because although there were issues it was still good value.

I know the new deal starts in 2019 but I am sure I heard the streaming is being brought in for next.

Yep, I reckon most people will do that. Just pay for individual games when needed. Although saying that, I doubt the games will be as "freely available elsewhere" as last season.

Well, the bloke's account was suspended half way through the Bristol City away game, so they are onto him. But saying that it's a piece of piss to rebroadcast an internet stream so someone is likely to do it.

Does anyone have a definitive answer as to why iFollow only allows the choice of audio OR video? Initially last season polypropylene were saying that it was more the individual club’s choice as to how they chose to have the audio and video related over iFollow. The amount they charge for either/or is a rip
