Stadium safety certificates.

West Ham have been granted a new safety certificate from Jan 19 increasing the capacity by 3000 to 60.000.
Given their truly appalling record on crowd control I can only assume this is politically motivated or brown envelopes are flying around.
I fully anticipate South Yorkshires finest to slap in a demand our capacity is reduced by a similar amount.
