The most impressive thing about the win against Preston, for me, was the speed in which we played. Pressing, passing and forward runs. We were a bit headless chicken at times but Preston just couldn’t handle it.

Ive watched some of Leeds, Coventry, Norwich and Wednesday and, to me it all looked slow and deliberate.

I’ve been looking forward to tonight’s game to see if the other relegated sides played as fast. So far Burnley are but Luton are playing like a championship side. Hence the score IMO.

Be interesting to see if we can do the same to other teams in the league.

Luton look like they are carrying the hangover of relegation and without Barkley don’t have a focal point

Friday I felt we had oHare, brooks, blaster & Vini who all seemed capable of creating, Hamer wasn’t on form but created a goal for himself and Moore will score

Burnley’s long ball is a worry as it’s played into the channel for pace and Anel & JLT will struggle but I’m sure CW will have a plan

Nothing to be worried about so far

Apart from HMS PTL who of course have won the title already😂

Yeah they are just passing over Luton’s press. It could hurt us.

They’ll be worried about our attack as well, I mean o’hare and hamer feeding Moore, rak-sakyi, brooks and Campbell should be lethal.
Definitely, hopefully they won’t get the time on the ball to pick out the long pass

Burnley will win the league (again) if I had to call it now, with the classic Blades/Leeds battle for 2nd, hopefully with the classic Leeds bottlejob
Told my customers in Leicester last season that Leeds would bottle it.

Excuse me , but our Neighbour's have already won the league , the open top bus parade is this Thursday , haven't you heard ??
They might push for the top 6, at best. Manager does seem like a good one. They need another couple of signings though

Wouldn’t surprise me.

Agree 1st Burnley 2nd Sheff Utd 3rd Leeds

Imagine if Wednesday scraped into the play-offs and ended up playing Leeds in the play-off final. It would be an incredibly weird emotional ride, the 2 teams you despise playing for such massive stakes.

Burnley fans do seem extremely confident and insist this seasons team is far better than the team that won the league 2 years ago. It’s similar with us, this seasons United team do seem to be definitely better than Heckys team from 2 seasons ago.

All these forecasts after one match each !
It’s great being a football fan !!

This can be seen in the build up to our second goal. The quick ball out to Brooks makes the move:

Would still want Leeds to stuff em. Can't stand either but them lot from other side are different level

Burnley looked a very good together side last night,Luton looked disjointed and missed Barkley horrendously. I see the narcissist Parker was managing his hair behind his ears when they went 3-1 up,like he is a catwalk model ,proper penis.

Did he shake his little tush on the catwalk too?

Haha, yes,he turned in to a ‘look at me’,preening, smarmy git as soon as he knew they would win .

It's not just speed of getting the ball forward it's playing with intent .
Tacking , challenging like you mean it .
Last year there was alot of pretending to tackle or win a header , dangling a leg or just jumping with an opponent.
Fridays one game but showed something that was severely lacking last year in that regard.

He reminded me of mickey flannigan

Completely slowed it down for this game. I don’t get it.

Even when we were on top first half it was notable how much slower we were playing
