Bradford are creaking a bit and we have had few breaks lately. I don't think we'll go all out attack but I hope we can pick them off on the break.

I fancy us getting 2/3goals tomorrow and expect to win handsomely. Barnsley got three second half goals against them this week when needed. Poor performance that by the Bantams.

United win 7/4

United-1 9/2

Living here in Spain its nice just to see the lads on tv and assess the progress in more detail , and then again in the magnolia eggshell finish cup

Once we get out of third gear and find 4th and then 5th we should be ok

Hope you followed the advice. I got 17/2 to win by 2 goals too. Should have been more though. Poor referee and strange tactics.

We had the opportunity today, against ten men we should have put more past them, but a few in this team have had plenty of time to impress, they not up to it !! Davies a not used sub again ! has NC fallen out with this one as well ! or is NC just clueless

Calling NC clueless is a bit OTT, but I do find myself disagreeing with his team selections most games.

Today I would have liked to see McNulty on earlier but at the end of the day, it worked out for us and NC is justified in his decisions. It would have been nice to see us continue to attack at 1-0 up because we did make hard work of it. I thought we were obviously superior to Bradford from the start and really we should have got more goals.

We enter a run of easier fixtures now, though it's a shame two of them are local derbies.

The opportunity is there to gain some confidence. Clough will be aiming to form a settled side and will be hoping for fewer injuries.

Personally I expect Higdon to establish himself and McNulty to get more playing time as well.

Murphy should get his confidence back. Campbell-Ryce and Flynn to job share. Baxter will keep Scougall out of the team or vice versa. Basham has to make the most of his second coming, but probably won't.

Back 4 places up for grabs with only Alcock looking secure in his position. Suppose McCarthy has to play.

By Xmas I expect us to be in the top 4 close to 2nd place. I hope Bristol have not got away by then.

Ched might appear as sub in mid -Nov.unless he says stupid things in this big statement he's making this week.

Who would you have replaced with Davies ?

Another solid first post.

Have a thumbs up!

We have him already - he is called Mcnulty - another quality finish v Bradford - drop of shoulder and hit it the other way - no panic at all.

Come on Cloughie - play him !

I agree we should start McNulty ....... but we still need a strong fast hungry striker to play upfront with him. McNulty is still young and lots to learn .... probs get the best out of him in a couple of years ....... if the Board haven't reluctantly accepted a bid of 10 bob and 3 shiny buttons for him in the meantime

We could always start Tuesday with Yeovil - we owe them from 2 years ago.

They started our demise that season with a comfortable 2 nil win at BDTBL in January.

They did a job on us that day.
