I hope so because the first 45 minutes was unacceptable from too many, some were strolling about others it seemed were avoiding putting a foot in, almost certainly because they didn't want to get injured for Fookin Wembley. (Yes Mr Flynn and Mr Coady I mean you)

Second half much better, a world class finish from the ever more impressive Murphy and 100% more effort from every one else against the poorest top six side I have seen this season, Brentford and Wolves were a class above Orient and I suspect The Millers will be as well. With a half decent Striker we would have won the game in the second half.

Roll on the end of the season and the Transfer Window let's hope we keep as many key men as we can and sign a couple of goal scorers, if we don't it will be mid table again.

Yeah Flynn was particularly nesh that first half, he improved a lot. I suspect there were some raised voices during the break!

Agree about Orient, they looked ordinary.

NC said on RS that it was a sign of fatigue and it is why we are slow starters in games at the moment.

Brentford weren't great, they tried a lot of quick, but inaccurate passing, but Leyton Orient were very poor. Difficult to see why they're where they are.

It just goes to show what a huge mistake and what a disaster Weir was. This division is awful and we really should have been pushing for promotion, not languishing third bottom.

Only Wolves have impressed me at the Lane this season.

Apart from the silly Wembley comment I have say I agree with most of that, I also think Rotherham are going to be much better than Orient or indeed Brentford, I never thought I would say it but I am actually dreading a derby game against Rotherham!

Totally agree about how Murphy took that goal calmness personified.

I think the game changed when we took Porter off and introduced Scougall into the game
We were too predictable with Porter something had to change and fair play to NC he changed it

I agree to the extent that the midfield is unbalanced with McGinn in there, and Scougall's running is vital to us. But it wasn't Porter's fault that the midfield was misfiring. He had a very ordinary game but it can't have been much fun playing up front today.

If it was me, i'd put the entire youth team in against Rotherham. Don't care if we lose 10-0. We're gonna get beat anyway, give everybody a rest. I know that won't happen though, Clough hates losing too much.

Is Baxter properly crocked or just rested?

Surprised Flynny wasn't rested today but while the play-offs remain a mathematical possibility, I suppose Nigel has been caught between the devil and the deep blue, semi's or rest them ?. Garbage 1st half but an improvement second half especially after the substitutions. Decent performances from Doyle, the subs and in particular my MOM again Murphy. As for some of the rest, Freeman has a lot of potential but Jeez needs to stop passing it to opposition all the time. McGinn, what's up with this lad ? just doesn't get stuck in enough. Harrys run towards the end worth the admission money alone !, pity he couldn't get a shot off at the end of it. Overall fair result today. Millers in for a goal fest Tuesday I suspect, though they did leak 3 today.

More energy shown by the woman dancing at half-time than any of them during the 1st half. Get her signed!

Nine nil ok but don't want them getting our record away win!!

I think it might be a close game, be a good test to see which players are up for the big game.
