I just heard on Radio Sheffield that Nigel has said that the club have made a provisional application for the club to be assessed for eligibility for the Europa cup should it come about.

Not a bad way to promote confidence and motivation to the players is it?

If you've heard the rest of the interview, he laughed and said he definitely wouldn't mention Europe before the game. It's an administrative exercise.

As we all know Cloughie answered a direct question from Paul Walker. If any media report this as Cloughie bringing it up, it would be absolutely pathetic. I haven't heard the clip so I don't know if it is edited.

"Oh but it sounds like Radio Humberside are starting there's now" was the reply (think it might have been Roney Robinson) "their breakfast show is dedicated to Hull at Wembley".

About reet for our t055 radio to give United an hour before the game, if it had been the Pigs in the semis they've started the coverage 3 weeks ago!
