I used to work on a holiday camp back in the 80’s. There was a group of us who were United fans. We ran swimming classes for the kids on holiday. We recorded a large group of kids chanting “ ooh arr Bob Booker”.
We managed to get the tape to United and Bob sent us all signed pictures.

Surely an honourable mention must go to Jake Wright Sr (the CB). If I remember rightly, had a ridiculous unbeaten run and was instrumental in the L1 100 points season and the first season back in the Championship. Rock solid defender at the time, and a brilliant leader.

It's great reading through these players, the odd one I'd forgotten shout but you read the name and the memories come flooding back!

If anyone feels like doing a "cu*t XI" also then go ahead.. Blake and Hammond are two definites. Evans even though not a criminal comes across as a tosser. As does Kyle Walker in honesty.

Hard to pick a manager but given the quality at his disposal Robson seems a strong shout.. Bruce also for decimating Spackman's team and the way he's conducted his career in general whilst underachieving in most jobs hes had.

As for cu*t owner.. I'd have to go McCabe just for continually appointing horrific managers, to see the entire list of McCabe managers is the stuff of genuine nightmares.
