With nearly any other purchase you'd make it wouldn't go that far. The goods are unused and you still have the receipt, as a customer you'd just be given your money back, especially as keeping the customer happy is normally the number one priority.

The scenario you postulate is just the same. No legal right to a refund. You have entered into a contract. Both sides are legally bound: No breach; No damages. Any refund would be entirely ex gratia.

well actually a read a post somewhere else. I think someone said once that half the people who obought a season ticket bought it on DD. Now if you haven't signed your finance agreement to that DD and sent it out. I understand they have just sent this out then don't sign it and don't pay
