Rumours began almost a week ago, but its expected to be confirmed today that the "Sunshine band" have disbanded and are in the process of being absorbed into the bigger and more positive "Clappers" Group.

It is as yet unsure whether the "Knockers" (Mothership to the Sunshine Band) will also be absorbed as they are still strongly opposed to anything.

A Spokesman for the "Knockers", Lenners stated "Its shite, we'll be where Wednesday are within a week, have you seen the attendances". Big Mart was unavailable for comment and is thought to have taken his group of dancing horses underground until he can find some negativity leaving Lenners to fight on in his battle to obtain better support for his "Knockers".

Throughout the last week support for the sunshine band has diminished rapidly and when it was announced by Micalijo that "Hugwatch" was to be cancelled, a flurry of activity took place and several of the founder members clambered to join Fiery in the escape from the Dark side.

As is the norm, a group name now must be found for the new group, rumours are abound that the new group will be known as the "Grey side".

At this stage it is unclear whether a leadership challenge will be mounted against Chief Clapper "Dunc" but Dunc is set to announce positivity classes on a weekly basis to try and deter a Coup

But I cannot be bought cheaply - I will still be on the lookout for post Blackwell mentality and whilst I support Speedo and his team to the hilt I cannot agree that all of a sudden Monty has become a footballer but will agree in certain circumstances he can do a job!

It should be a comfort to Gary Speed that Dunc can transfer his support so readily from Blackwell to the New Manager, though Gary should bare in mind that Dunc will Transfer his support as easily to the Next Guy.

Breaking News

In a bold move, season long 'Sunshine Bander', Ollesendro and Chipsncake have both attempted to destabilise the peace process in another thread. Doubts have immediately been thrown onto the legitimacy of the unusually quiet Olle's intentions to remain in Clapper Kingdom. Ollesendro certainly appears to have been biding his time over the apst few days, before striking what would appear to be a major blow to the Clappers. However, whilst the situation has been extremely fluid over the past week, its unlikely to lead to a reverse takeover at this stage. Clapper in Chief Dunc is an experienced clapper (claimed to have performed a reverse one handed clap with triple pike during the shoes off protests) and will no doubt view Ollesendro's baiting as a challenge.

It is also worth noting that several of the senior clappers have also maintained radio silence and are thought to be poised for a positivity hit within the coming days providing the plans remain on track.

There were and are clearly experienced campaigners on both sides of this intriguing contest, but despite a major blow for the clappers last weekend with the heavy defeat and the uncertain few days which followed, "Clapperageddon (2010)" has struck a major blow for the Knockers and Sunshiners.

Has Marts Horse Bolted? Can Lenners sieze the opportunity to adjust his knockers into a more attractive prospect for those who are attracted to the atributes that Knockers have? Only time will tell.
