Anyone use this site?

I'm registered on it but have probably been to more games myself this season than everyone on there put together plus they criticised people on here fortrying to improve support.

Bladesmad is no.1 messageboard by a very long way.

Most of that crowd are so far up their own a-ses, they're unfit to be called Blades.

To be honest, I can understand them being a little intimidated by a board with a number of sections and extra functionality. It's not easy working the internet when you're only 12 years old.

Congratulations at your attempt at one-up-manship... but sadly for you, it's physically impossible as a number of members have attended every single fixture home and away, like they do most years.

Nobody on here criticised the attempt to improve support, in fact more-so the opposite. What was criticised is the attitude certain people took with it, exemplified again right here with this very post

I'm not going to comment on Blades-Mad, or its members, as whilst I could have a field day... I don't really believe in having a go at other Blades... Whether or not it is in retaliation.

If people wish to post elsewhere, they will do... all a bit silly actually coming over here to read what's said before going off somewhere else to whinge about it. Is that Kersal as in Salford? I used to live on the Kersal when I was a Stewdunt there. Rough as fook I tell thee.

As for Bladesmad, haven't they got nothing better to do than to read and then spout off about another Blades forum.

GC88 surprises me, I think in the main the discussions on here are sensible. I got a bit fed up on here when things started getting petty (myself included), but whether its because bollockings have been dished out, people have taken sabaticals or we've all got bored with the bickering, the (perceived?) atmosphere on here is better.

I use this forum as I like the format, its informative (even if some of the rumours are total shite) and generally you can get a decent discussion going... Unless i'm discussing Blackie with Micalijo or Fiery, then they're always wrong

I will if you like, I don't give a monkey's if I upset them. I know there's this "we're all Blades" loveliness, but you can't tell me from the average of roughly 22,000 Blades at a home game you will like every one of them. I bet there are one or two you'll take a more or less instant dislike to, and several you'd run over if you ever saw them in the road.

It's not against the law to dislike people.

At least venting their fury on me will put a temporary halt to their frenetic attempts to lick their way through the glazing.

I've had a nosy at Blades Mad, and honestly, it can be compared to the predilection some have for shagging farm animals. They may enjoy it, but it's not for me. I might not agree with every single post on here, but at least it's mainly well-thought out discussions, or funny banter, rather than the desperate keyboard ranting of those from the shallower end of the gene pool.

And if they read this and can't take a joke, then fuck 'em.
