On a free from Bournemouth

always looks good again us and when I’ve seen him on the box.

And they said the pandemic would be the shock that football needed to put its house back in order? £50,000 a week for a diving little dwarf. Wow.

Cant fault the lad for not playing he was a free agent if he broke his leg in the last 6 weeks hed have no club or wages for over a year

Not if he'd signed the big contract Bournemouth offered him tbf. Probably could have included relevant insurance on a short term extension as well.

Roll back 12 months and a couple of the top 4 clubs were 'interested'

He wanted a move, club were having none of it, so he warmed the bench and let his contract run out.

No doubt he is a talent, and I'm sure a new club/contract would get him motivated once again.

I would rather that we sign this fucking Fraser than that little diving, screeching, money-grabbing, disloyal, callow, cheating bag of absolute wank.

... also he’s a winger. And I don’t know if anyone has ever pointed this out before, but we don’t play with wingers

Sure hed earn 3 times on a free what Bournemouth where willing to pay him id have done the same

Still got no club. Do you think he would come in on trial? Could Moose or flecky have a word. Surely he needs to be training

He can fuck off, we can do without his attitude!!

Zero interest in signing that overrated diver (and he's a winger).

Seen on twatter that he apparently wants 80k a week. Palace have offered that and he's waiting to see if any other club matches it. Apparently.

Even if we were gonna quadruple our wage budget and offer him a contract he's the wrong type of player and person

JORDAN: FRASER A WRETCHED INDIVIDUAL
Former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan has branded Newcastle’s new signing Ryan Fraser “a wretched individual” and “a turd” after the player walked away from relegated Bournemouth last season with eight games left to play.
Newcastle signed the free agent Fraser on a five-year deal.
He told TalkSport: "If I’m Newcastle, I’m looking at this wretched individual thinking: ‘When it came to adversity you didn’t want to stand up’.
“I love Stevie Bruce, he’s a big mate of mine, he was a manager of mine at Palace and I think he’s a fantastic manager, I’m a great supporter of his at Newcastle.
“But I look at this guy’s character and I think: ‘You’re a turd’.”

Fraser (& his agent) was obviously within his rights to refuse a short term extension with Bournemouth, I'm guessing to mitigate the risk of injury ahead of becoming a free agent. However, the decision does leave somewhat of a bitter taste in the mouth, especially as it may have been a factor in the club's relegation.

Love him or loath him but Simon Jordan does speak a lot of sense and I find myself agreeing with him more often than not. When he's on with Danny Kelly, it's one of the very few things I can listen to on TalkSport these days

I think Bournemouth are partly to blame here. Offers were made by big clubs for both of those players but they wouldn’t accept them. That’s going to leave a slightly bitter taste. Imagine playing for Bournemouth, Man U or Chelsea come in for you but the club won’t do a deal.

That’s what Wilder’s on about when he says he doesn’t want players who don’t want to be here. It doesn’t benefit anyone, not the player, not the team, not the club. They’ve done it to Wilson, King and Fraser that I can think of off the top of my head. They’d have been better off selling them and bringing in players with something to prove, players that wanted to give 110% like ours do.

Was listening when he said that. I laughed but totally agree with him. His behaviour was bad enough imho but his latest comments just take the piss.

Fraser refused to move last summer.

Ryan Fraser might be a decent shout at Newcastle, could fill the left side position, maybe a loan or permanent
