I'd say it's the reverse. If anything Wilder over coached them and that's why we had all the needless back passes last season and lack of off ball movement. We have artists but they weren't allowed to express themselves and have forgotten how. Same when we had Hecky.

Looking at their goal yesterday we’ve got four players around their lad in midfield who has time to control ball, turn and play it wide as they all stand and watch rather than put a tackle in.

This was a pattern repeated all match as their midfield strolled through ours, it’s far too easy for the opposition currently.

Are the tactics not to put a challenge in?
