I've heard and read some right shite about the game last night - particularly from Man City fans. What the fuck do they expect? .... "Here you are Mr De Bruyne, Mr Sterling, Mr Mahrez, have the ball, woooh you are good aren't you, great flick, great dribble, what a pass, great goal"

Fuck off and fuck that. We are going to chase you down, niggle you, challenge you, get in your face. Don't like it - fuckin have it! Do you remember Man City when you were raggy arsed Rovers from Moss Side? Actually I bet many of those in attendance last night don't remember that, cos they are the aristocrats from the old scrub land between Ancoats and Clayton. Most of you remember fuck all before you became a super rich man's play thing.

FWIW yes we were second best, yes, our keeper pulled off some great saves, yes you controlled the game for large periods and eventually got a deserved winner, but you can fuck off if you think you are going to come to Bramall Lane and walk away without a hair out of place.

Like West Ham they sold their soul. They moved from their roots - full of pubs, character, dingy but fantastically atmospheric side streets (and yes Ive been chased around them back in the day!) to a soulless bowl in the middle of old scrub land. They slag us off; they don't even know us. The newer City fans doing even know themselves, because they are not Manchester City anymore. Call me old fashioned but I honestly wouldn't swap places with them. They can keep their plastic riches, plastic players, plastic stadium and plastic fans. Give me Chris Wilders Blades playing at BDTBL any day. Of course I'd love to win a trophy or two, but let's do it our way, not by buying them.
