Had this when I was 3 and just about (apparently) pulled through, the mum's spoken a few times about how terrifying it was so can't imagine how the parents felt. Devastating for them and the kid to go through.

Football doesn't even enter the conversation at this point

I personally am far more interested then what connects us as human beings rather than what our differences are......
And grief is one of the most profound life events that all human beings experience
