Well lets go away from the doom and gloom and start a new game up.

It's been a long running joke with me and a few mates that Stephen Quinn is quite funny.... whenever I think of him I always think of him with his hands on his head..... he does this numerous times in a game. So we've decided to start counting the amount of times he does this pose......

Aptly named - Quinn Watch. I think we should all guess before a game how many times he will do it and come back and see who is right.

Gives a bit of entertainment when watching a poor performance....

I bet he felt a right tool on Saturday when he whipped his shirt off only to find out the goal didn't count!!

i cant understand how he didnt look at the linesman/see him cos he was running straight at him and its not as if the linesman doesnt have a brightly coloured flag or something :S

Yeh you've got a point there, suppose we can let him off then......... :D:D

how many was it on Saturday Robbie??

It was a minimum 5 times on Saturday.... there was one where he went down to his knees doing it. Classic :)

As for the celebration of goal, if I'd have been a Cardiff player I'd have gone pointing at Quinn going 'ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR'

Do you think he does it in training too? Or maybe when him and del boy are in Crystals?

Do you think he does it in training too?

It would be funny if he does.

That picture just makes me chuckle to myself every time I look at it.

Even if the game is going poor next Monday..... just remember Quinn watch people. It will brighten your day when he does it.

Did anyone else see the big pic of Squinny in the star last night.....hands on head!

Yeah but that was his 'catalogue pose'

His mannerisms are just like the Harry Enfield character, 'Kevin' out of Kevin and Perry

Mini Quinny should have a bronze statue done of him in this pose in the car park

Funny you should say that, we said something along the same lines as this on Saturday.

Each and every one of you know next time you see Quinny do this in a game you're gonna be chuckling to yourself.

Why not count the number of times he flicks the ball aimlessly in the general direction of the opposition goal?

Or maybe the number of times he wears that helpless rather bewildered look as better players use him and Monty like cones on the training ground?

I did on Saturday, and for once, unless I missed something, it was zero.

Used the ball very well he did.

I agree Foxy but it stands as a very rare exception. I hope he keeps it up but have my doubts. Our daft manager won't stand for it. The Return of Elpiton - Coming soon to a stadium near you!

This should be fun, dont know how to attach a picture but can anyone attach the one from the derby that shows jamie ward after he scored. Check out the piggie fan doing the Quinny impersonation.;)

I reckon four times... and he goes down on the floor at least twice.

He also tends to limp after going down on the floor, regardless of which appendage he clutches as he does so... particularly amusing if he goes down with a head injury.

I reckon Killa will pull off his signature move also. It's similar to Quinny's but involves the mouth open, looking at the sky and spinning around 360 degrees. You know what I mean.

He has that whole helicopter arm thing before he puts his hand to his head too.

Helicopter arms are fun... I have the sudden urge to do it at my desk.....

wunt it be great if you could sneekely put some sort of glue on Quinnys hands

I think someone did in the second half, they were up there for the majority.

Noticed he was pretty keen on lifting his shirt to his nose today, playing with a cold/flu?

Aye, what was that rolling thing about? Some kind of spasm?

didn't see any full hands on head, but there was a single hand on head and a point, 2nd half

I also noticed a shite ginger beard.

He did it just before the fourth official put the board up for first half stoppage time and I had a wry smile to myself.

i think i counted about 4 but i wasnt watching him specially just when i happened to see him... but there were a few times which i was expecting to see it he didnt do it!!! i was disappionted a couple times :(
