Well they have posted mine, Im not sat in my regular seats. So don't no how that's going to work if they just reprogram your card, can't remember the seats I've booked, not on the email. Somebody could be sat in your seat!

My Dad ordered three on his account (with our customer numbers) so they'd be together. They've activated his season ticket but sent me a paper ticket for some reason.

I know they have a cut-off after which tickets become collection only. Should say in the confirmation e-mail, but then I've had it the other way around for a cup match where the e-mail told me to collect the ticket and then they looked at me like I was a mug on the day for not expecting my season ticket to be activated.
