Just to highlight the inconsistancy of referees decisions when it comes to goalkeeping take look at Huddersfields 1st goal and then another look at ours which was disallowed yesterday......

Football League Show

Blades 'goal' at 40:05

Hudders goal at 44:50

Oh and why wasn't Charltons No36 sent of for undressing Lowton?

It's what you get when you make humans make decisions. Inconsistency.

I think the charlton player was just tring to make sure Lawton didn't get involved.

What an idiot Beattie is though.

The Hudders player never intended to play the ball, he looked behind and stuck his elbow out and ran backwards into the keeper.

I think the foul was by Maguire backing into the charlton defender on the line

Inconsistency is one thing, but incompetency is another. You can kind of understand our goal being disallowed (with overprotection of keepers etc) but the Huddersfield goal should never have stood. Terrible officiating. A shocking challenge. No intention of getting the ball and flattening the keeper with elbows and all. Can't believe allowed it to stand.

Ours should have been a goal. Even their keeper isn't sure what he's half heartedly appealing for.

For me, Lee's is a foul as he checks where the keeper is before deliberately knocking into him. However, the keeper was very weak. He should be stronger.

God, please take off your Red & White sunglasses. Nothing wrong with huddersfields goal either

The Huddersfield one could have gone either way but the goalkeeper was weak. Bit like Simmo at the Lane against Wednesday.

If Cresswell had scored a goal like that we'd see nothing wrong with it.

I have just been speaking to a Huddersfield fan who said that Lees goal should have been disallowed as it was a clear foul.

Still not seen it myself as I cant access the BBC websites at work

Try looking at Hudders goal? at 45.06 and you can plainly see Lees elbow in the goalkeepers neck pushing him into the net.
Cannot see how it is not disallowed.

I cannot understand where the foul is on our goal.
Maguire does not touch the goalkeeper who simply stumbles the ball into the net.
As for backiing into the defender, it looks to me like the defender, who has his arms around maguire, is dragging him into the net away from the goalkeeper.

Pigs "goal " was a foul on Simmo.
Our "goal" Saturday was a fair goal that was embarassingly ruled out.
Huddersfields "goal" was a pre-empted foul by Lee and should have ben chalked off.

This is not an opinion, it is the way of things.

Can't see any foul by Maguire on the defender, like kop_blade9 says looks like the defender has his arms around Maguire.

Shocking decision to allow huddersfield 1st goal, blatant foul on the keeper. Not sure how either Lino or Ref have missed it or not viewed it as a foul.
