Obviously we all want 3 points today but I’m more concerned about seeing us get back to the high intensity attacking football that was so much a part of what made us such a success last season. If we stick with Sharp and McBurnie up front chasing long balls with no flow through midfield, I’ll be very worried - even if we scrape a win. I just don’t think we will scrape enough points over the season. Apart from that, attracting decent players is going to be tough. That’s not me being a bedwetter either. We have the ability to do well in this league with the players we have. I don’t subscribe to the view that everyone else is much stronger, we have a style that works if we’re confident enough to use it.

Points on the board. But if that doesn't happen, perhaps not getting our fannies in a twist as well?

I think the bedwetters anonymous crew are very much justified with todays news.

Every injury is a blow, I accept that. But if the worse happens today, we are still only 3 games in. That's my point.

Add to that we have already seen the likes of Manure and Chelsea struggling against supposed lesser teams. I think the league could be as unpredictable as last season, outside the top 2 or 3. Every chance we go and beat Arsenal.

Football Gods again.
I'm putting my shirt on another VAR beauty today. Yesterday at Brighton has to be outdone.
