The ultimate one is sell obviously... which is why getting number 2, 3 and 4 sorted is imperative.

Like someone else mentioned, Lazard have likely recommended we prioritize these areas in order to attract interested parties.

Think recently he’s done a lot of good.

If he provides a good war chest for us this summer then I will happily admit I was wrong about him. Still disagree with large parts but if he can back the manager then his long term plan albeit frustrating would be very good.

As daft as it sounds I don't think he had high expectations to stay up or he would have thrown more money at it surely?

Where can "he" provide a warchest from ? Are you expecting him to put his own money in ? He's already said he can't afford to do that ? As long as he's not robbing the club , I am completely neutral towards him - I don't expect him to finance the club because he's already learned , brutally , twice , that simply reaching the PL will not make him any kind of return on the large amount he's put in for over 10 years - in fact it exposed him to bigger losses.
