Premier players outside 25 man squads

I've seen articles listing the 25 man squads, but has anyone seen the full lists of senior players that've been left out?

Possibly this is in the wrong section, but obviously the point is to identify possible Blades targets.

It's not as easy as you'd think.

i.e. Cesc Fabregas was exempt as he had come through the Arsenal ranks and was under a certain age so he "free'd" a space up in the 25-man list. (If you get what I mean)
