But I must admit most of that hate is founded in envy. Since we played them in that epic cup match every fucking awful decision we have made since then has depleted our club.
Conversely, Wrexham have used their new found wealth to move their club forward both on and off the pitch…Unfortunately my hatred of Wrexham probably says more about me.

Just beat em let Donovan run em ragged if Wilder picks him. Bamford is fit so will deffo play

Thanks Roy

I see why they may think we hate em after the cup match and Billy celebrating how he did. Got a bit lively that game.

But we don’t hate them as such, as others have said, it’s more like kicking your annoying teenage cousin under the table whilst eating your Christmas dinner type thing. You kick him cos he’s come over in some brand new expensive clobber and is a bit of a cunt, he tries to kick back but misses your leg and kicks the underside of the table causing a few glasses of wine to fall over and he gets a clip round the ear for it. That sort of thing.

Not that I’m suggesting we share any DNA with the Welsh.
I hate them

Is this an extract from a Charles Dickens novel? :

“Whilst there are rumblings of unease amongst some sectors of the team and the Red Army, the faithfuls will, nevertheless, again traverse the Pennines on Friday evening to hopefully help blunt the Blades at Bramall Lane. Our 2 cities will face each other for the City of Culture play-off next year. But this important battle is more imminent, and will be fought under their bright lights. This is our best opportunity to win a game before another disruptive international break. But even with wearing my ‘lucky pants and socks’, I simply cannot see us winning this”

Blackheath Bard's reply:

I doth foresee an entertaining encounter for our nations televisual delight, between the tempered and honed steelmen of the North and the self proclaimed United States of Wrexham Wales, the scarlet attired boyos from the Racecourse.

The scarlets leader, a scruffy, grumpy urchin will pit his wits against the steelmen's brusque and uncompromising General, Chrissius Wilder, he that punches the air in exultation with green bottle in hand. I predict that the winner of this classic encounter will prevail of the three points and be acclaimed as the City of Culture.

Cheers Roy. 2-1 Blades

Strange how they’ve hit the rails given the cash they’ve spent…let’s hope we can push them over the edge on Friday evening.

UTB.

Wrexham have the lowest average crowd in the Championship. The Blades are 6th highest.
One of them claims our support is "nowhere to be seen".
