Those comments are universally negative, which can happen when a team's on a poor run of form. But no happy clappers anywhere?
I assume I'm in a minority as I've nothing against West Ham in general, not even over the whole 2007 shenanigans because all fans are tribal and they were always going to defend that situation.
I'm a bit sympathetic, actually. They were convinced that their club should sell its soul and move out (their club made less than £9m profit on that ground sale), as it would take them into a different financial league, but since 2015-16 when they left Upton Park to 2017-18 when their last accounts were published their match day receipts have actually declined and their commercial income has only gone up by £5m. TV money is over two-thirds of their turnover.
Nothing has seemed to make up for it. They've got one of the most well regarded managers in the game with bags of Champions League experience (he took small clubs like Villarreal and Malaga to the semis and quarters of the CL) and a Premier League title, known throughout his career as trying to play football in an entertaining manner, and still they feel as empty as the Hillsborough trophy cabinet.
Of all the Views Froms this one's giving me the least reason to do a Nelson Muntz.
