Empty vessels make the most noise. The league table doesn't lie, they clearly were better than us over the regular season.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

If the fortunes this season and the roles were reversed I think we would be pretty confident of victory.
I agree with their observations that all the injustice claims and excuses are being put out there as a pre cursor to this match to deflect the heat from a management team and set of players that have fallen well short of any acceptable level of achievement and standard of performance this season in the league

“Clough knows he’s in the shit and is just trying to distract from the fact he is a useless cunt of a manager.
With a big club with a big budget and fantastic fan base, he’s a total cock”

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
made me laugh anyway.

Really?

Alternatively: Some of us would be berating players and manager for "failing" to get automatic promotion, bemoaning the fact that we have to play "crap" teams like Swindon in this "shithole" of a Division, and bricking ourselves with our play-off record - either the pressure of being in front meaning we'll inevitable collapse, or if by some miracle we got through, asserting that there was no point anyway as the final would be Preston 1,2,3, or 4 - United 0.

And then calling the manager negative.

UTB

I think he means that if we were at home having won away we'd be confident of victory and he'd be right.
