Add to the fact that they’re passively shelling out £millions in wages each week on shit signings accrued over the last 5 years.

I reckon we will be reading “the pre match view from Burnley“ at the end of next May and read comments like..

“it would typical of Burnley now we’re safe to give Sheffield their first three points”

I love how EVERY set of fans says this (I'd say the same if it was us playing a team who hadn't won yet). It perfectly sums up the irrational pessimism of football fans.
