I suppose it's just not wanting to get carried away in case they implode. They are definitely up though. They've lost 2 all season. They're not going to lose 2 of the last 3. I'm happy to accept they are better than us but it's pretty pathetic that it's going to be all over for us by Easter when we were top at the start of April. If we lose then the players will deserve to witness their celebrations to be honest for throwing it away.

Just looked at our recent record against them, we’ve won just 2 of the last 7 league fixtures. We’ve also not managed to keep 11 men on the field at Turf Moor for the last couple of visits. We’ve won 0/3 of the games against the top 2 so far this season and looked nowhere near the level of being able to do so.

It’s looking like a promotion party for Burnley unfortunately.

Burnley let’s be up front here they are the team of dark arts. They fall over like powder puffs gain free kicks all over the field.

Be very aware regarding Fleming he knows all the tricks in the book to get players sent off he is their dark arts specialist.

If we pip them to promotion it'll be an absolute miracle.

I'm normally an "expect the worst, hope for the best" type of blade, but I'm not even letting myself hope.

Beat them tomorrow and I'll start thinking about thinking about it!

Pretty measured.

When they beat us it’s worth pointing out that was pretty much the pinnacle of our injury problems.

Also worth noting that In the first half that Josh Cullen should have received a second yellow and then reduced to then men but the ref bottled it.

Hopefully it’s pay back time on Monday and such decisions finally go our way.

Watford showed they could be got at and they were particularly weak down the flanks. Watford then completely lost their heads and ended the game as a contest going down to nine men, but even then they had a late strike at goal that Trafford had to save them with.

Trafford sent off first minute would just about level things for Cullen not getting red and McBurnie getting two yellows that were very soft. They say these things even themselves out. Let’s see it.

I’d like to see us use Seriki and Burrows as attacking players much more with counters being snuffed using Souza and Choudray, give Seriki and Burrows the licence to play with Hamer, OHare and Campbell with Peck backing up. We very rarely overload teams these days which I think is a reason we don’t score many.

I think they are not unreasonable comments & maybe even a little kind to us. We can beat them of course but we really need to stop letting teams break on us when we give them the ball back.
