So... anyone making the trip down to delightful Plymouth? :)

Yes , i'll be the one driving you ;)

I'm going - how you getting there stinky?

Mrs SV and I will be taking our daughter and niece to Easy Tigers. Full of screaming kids. Joy.

what times the coaches setting off?

I've got a lovely 5 hour drive ;).... If you see a classy black Focus (that's covered in mucky crap and spray :()... give us a wave ;)

youll see my head propped up on the window foxy :D

coaches off at 6! !

We've got to take my mother on tour!

Dumping her in Bristol on the way though... hope she likes Foxy's driving vocabulary :D

today's team:

Kenny, Geary, Morgan, Kilgallon, Naysmith, Cotterill, Tonge, Speed, Carney, Beattie and Sharp.

Subs: Bennett, Stead, Hulse, Gillespie and Ehiogu

Cmon Blades lets get 3 points :D :D

Great win. What a turnaround from the Charlton game. It looks like Blackwell's talk had a positive affect on the players, especially Beattie. Two in two now for him, lets hope he can continue with his goalscoring run.

Great win. Lets hope they can start a winning streak now rather than drawing or losing :D
Lets get Sharp scoring

Great win, hope it carries on. Don't agree about Sharp though, its about time someone else came in and had a go playing with Beattie.

He got brought in to score so thats what he should do, i reckon he will be gone next season.

As much as I think every blades, including myself, want to see him scoring for us, he's not really looked like scoring. Whether he'll go or not is a different matter, maybe in a new season he'll put this one behind him and bag a few.

I have to agree and i am more then a little surprised that Blackie has persevered with Sharp especially when you conisder the myriad of options available to him.

I really hope that Jon Stead is given a run of games up front before the end of the season because i fear if he does not then he will be off during the close season.

Just got in!

A good result - paddy had a brilliant game. We rode our luck on a few occasions but still a decent performance.

Thought Naysmith had a good game again.

Would have to give my MOTM to Tonge - havn't said it in a while but he covered the whole pitch. Making runs AND tackles.

Beattie never stopped and scored a good goal made by good play from cotteril. But that Beattie looks like he's always asleep, he might aswell not be playing eh?

Defence held strong:D Up the blades!

Only bad thing was the idiot stewards - threw a number of people out for standing up around us and took about 7 to throw one of them out so everybody kicked off. The fun of the game is slowly being sucked out by these things. Very dissapointing:(

But there was a steward who looked like "Hitman" - he was cool:p

I remember the stewards being a bit mardy from when i went the other year. Stupid i think!

We did well yesterday, good away performance although we rode our luck a bit too much for my liking.

Speed seems to be helping Tonge no end and with two wingers on the field we actually looked dangerous going forward.

Naysmith played well yesterday, hopefully it will be the start of a bit of form after a bad patch lately.

Aye, we gave a pretty good performance yesterday, Plymouth always looked like scoring though if you ask me. Stewerds were utter bastards though, they would not let us stand up even when we was on the very back row. Yesterday showed who the true fans really are, don't know how many people have said to me when i told them i was going down to Plymouth ''Ooooo, i'm a blade as much as anyone, but i aint paying 40 quid, travelling all them miles just to see them lose'' That i seriously hate. I'm not saying whoever did not go are not Blades, i'm sure alot of people wanted to go but couldn't for whatever reason (just for the record)

Good day out, made so much sweeter with the win

Paddy was outstanding

Tonge much better again

We defended like troopers and desereved to win in my eyes

As for the stewards, what utter twats they were. Everytime we were standing up they told us to sit down yet there fans were stood up throughout the game and nothing was said whatsoever. They were either fat, bald or ugly anyway. Thought Foxy was going to turn pyscho at one stage when they were barging into us :p

Overall a great day out and a superb result, hopefully get a bit higher up the table now
