Should at least have a bit about them to at least try and change something themselves if it isn't working on the pitch, especially experienced players.

Even if it's just something as simple as the more experienced players just getting in the ear of the younger players and saying something like, this isn't working so we're going to try and play a bit more defensive, even if the manager disagrees.

The players should go on strike right now. Just sit down on the pitch and chill and shit.
It's the only way anything will change.

I won't blame the players one iota.
They're not responsible for the situation we're in.
Quite simply it begins at the top with AI idiots thinking they could run a football club like a computer game - picking the manager exactly how and why - and now panic buys at best. And also a big thank you to the Wilder hates on here - you've got what you wanted. Thanks a million.
The only surprise is that quite a few on here seem surprised at our demise.
