Based on our experiences of young PL forwards (Wilson, Woodburn) - personally think we should be looking down not above us for attacking players.

Would rather take a gamble on a bright young thing from League 1 or 2 than pay extortionate wages for young players we never get to keep...

I think he's said that we have to pay a lower percentage of the wage if he plays. I'm not sure of the Palace offer, but it sounds like they must play?

I dont recall him mentioning anything directly about it. He was asked if there were any silly clauses or financial penalities and all CW said was that the deal made financial sense for us and was in budget
