Bastard predictive text. Payroll!

Like Brayford?

Brayford didn’t turn out to be a good signing.

All players signed are deemed to be good players by the manager, unfortunately they don’t all turn out that way.

Exactly, so in short, it's not as simple as just signing quality players and everything falling into place.

What happens us a supporter recommends a player. Player A. PA for short.,

Manager ignores recommendation and signs PlayerB. PB.

Supporter is furious and says PB isn't even as good as Player C. (PC). Supporters second choice.

PA doesn't hit the ground running, giving rise to forum facts.

PA is indeed rubbish.
PB is "guaranteed" to have been better (no matter what his form is with his club)
PC, despite having his contract terminated by his club two weeks into the season for chicken molesting would have been a better bet if only the club hadn't been so cheap.

At this point the thread is diverted by posts about Ched and The Beard.

Back on topic, Clubs scouting network is pronounced rubbish.

A list of players no one suggested before the season started but who are playing really well, us produced and these are quickly named as players we should have signed. Supporter claims he has been following PDs career for years and the fact PD is scoring freely is no surprise to him. Some dirty bastard uses the search facility for proof of this but finds nothing . Someone gets called a cunt. Someone else is done with the club. Thread culminates with list of what's gone wrong since McCabe took over.

A sister thread is started about fees for players a,b,c and d , and goes on until J'OC is sold at thirty million below his forum value.

Repeat......
