Isn't he supposed to be a centre half who we play at right back hence his positional lapses. Why not try him at centre half where we seem to prefer playing a midfielder.

Parrino. I like the kid, but if we can't keep him next season then why are we taking all the risks in his development, such as opponents exposing his positional naivety? Same for any loanee really. The only reason to have a loan is if he can do a job reliably from from day 1.

Let's get Lowton at right back or right midfield and stop putting our one home grown first teamer under unnecessary pressure on the left.

Collins is a useless blob of shit so why not play both of them? One at right back and one at centre back.

its so old fashioned to play centre backs on their day off as fullbacks.. the modern fullback is a specialised postion.. they make auxilliary midfield/attackers and have to be able to bomb up and down all day and put in good crosses.. putting lumbering centre backs there is stupid in the modern game

Houllier does that ,at every club he's been at he plays 4 centrehalves across the back four, think its rubbish myself but fullback is a very specialised position. In the 40 years I have watched United I don't think we have had any really good full backs ,Naughton and Walker stand out as right backs and only Joe Bolton at left back for me.

As for Parrino I think Adams is making a mistake and he is worth a place at either right back or centre back, I belive he would be available to us in the summer but the more games he plays the more money he will be (I think the cost is out of our reach already)

Joe Bolton the only one?? What about Martin Pike, David Barnes, Roger Nilsen, Chris Armstrong? All very good for their level at the time.
