Match fitness shouldn't be an issue with a keeper, what might be more of an issue is getting to know the completely new defence in front of him !

We've got Simonsen for a month which only leaves us a couple of games (yes, I'm writing off play-offs !) but yep, I'd expect him to be in for the last 2 given that they're likely to be meaningless.

Match fitness is an issue also for a keeper. Seen it on many, felt it myself.
I can agree that not knowing your back four is a bigger issue though.
