One of our most frustrating wins

First game back with a weaker midfield and players coming back from injury- everyone would have taken a 1-0 win before the game. We have more than a week now till Wigan with time for more players to get fully match fit.

Correct. Today was purely about getting the positive result in a potential banana skin of a match. That and getting players back into their stride and back to fitness. Frustrating display but ultimately job done. 9 days of training, fitness work and rehabilitation to come.

A wins a win 3pts towards promotion, yes Huddersfield were shit we wasn't great the game was as boring as I can remember but 3pts after the break so alls good.

Who was the big "Akinfenwa" built lad who they brought on?, at one point, we had a corner in front of the kop and he literally grabbed Oli McB around the waist and threw him on the floor, in front of the ref, and the ref did nothing. I thought at one point, he would get the ball, and steamroll through our our defence and score.

I was thinking we would win the game by at least 3 goals, but I will take three points, any way we can get them.

I guess that the ref and the ref in the England v France game had attended the same course on how to ignore blatant fouls
