The odd change like Gus for Brewster or Anel for Robbo is fine but wholesale changes upsets the rhythm as it did v Leeds.

5 changes...gerrrim out, A.N. other manager we would be 0.3 up by now.

£ 20 million back pocket and left through the back door according to the internet experts.

🤣🤣 because my opinion doesn’t match everyone else’s I’m a Wednesday fan🤣

You want us to lose and don't what promotion.

You're a regular poster slagging off our players and the club when we're losing
but strangely you disappear off the forum when we're winning. You're certainly no Blade.

Bristol have done the common crime of sitting back after they scored, inviting pressure.
A packed penalty box and One scores a header just by us lumping it into the box, we deserved it. To be honest a draw would be fair.

Go with the winning formula Chris........you know it makes sense.

OOps , Wilder out though

Good work from Wilder to change things up a bit today. Rested Moore and then he gets injured, very unlucky when he’s tried to do the right thing and keep him fit. hopefully isn’t a long injury.

Great for Oné to get on though and get a goal.

So Sunderland to win the league then.

I said we’re one of the promotion favourites, not that we’re going to win the league easily 🙄

If you disagree and don’t think we’re a very good team that’s fine. I just happen to think we’re one of the best teams in this division hence why I said we’re one of the promotion favourites.

Could be like the Warnock promotion season where 13 ?? different players scored.
We’ve got dangerous players all over the pitch and Burrows certainly growing into the role.

Been looking forward to seeing Oné get a chance and he certainly got involved as well as getting his goal. Doesn’t seem to lack confidence

So far how many scorers? Seem to be spreading it about

The sign of an excellent squad and management, that the opposition dont know where the main attack threat is coming from and hence who to double mark.

Other opinons vary though.

Stick to your guns mate, said it from pre-season onwards- we’ll not be out the top 6 all season and will be in the mix for top 2 easily.

Successful teams need those goals all over the pitch.

Souza was pushing on late in the game as well. Felt like it would’ve been him to get something and perhaps the decoy that Burrows needed

The extra player will no doubt have made a difference, thought the red was a harsh one but you pull the man down he’s running through and you take that risk.

Was nice to see a bit of chaos in their box at the end and piling that pressure on. Nice composure from Burrows to pick the corner out whilst under pressure in the 90+8 min

souttar on a steaming run into the box again, ready to unleash a top corner shot.

Agree we should look for a win tonight like we did at Ewood.
If we want to play 2 strikers , then having only 3 seniors (any of whom could get injured) is risky , unless we are content to have Marsh or One on the bench and quite likely to get on the pitch later in the game.
Those itk about the U23s can opine whether it's best to get a further senior loan striker in January and let Marsh/One out or rely on our youngsters
I believe Wider mentioned One and Marsh staying with the first team squad, in his post match presser v Bristol City. Ryan One proved his point on that one!

I think we are a bit light on Squad numbers and experience. I also envisage some bother finding money and talent to redress that imbalance in JTW.

Wilder has managed rotatio, suspensions and injuries very well, so far. I suppose my view is just on the pessimistic side of things over a whole season.

If we do win promotion, key players will get better offers from EPL and abroad. If we don’t, the same players might be tempted to look elsewhere? We can’t win either way.

Have to diagree about the red being a harsh one. If he'd have attempted to play the ball, I would probably agree.

However, you can't deliberately foul a player who's running in on goal with no attempt to play the ball and not get sent off.
