Can't see us going back there............

A pitch invasion forced the game between ADO Den Haag and Vitesse Arnhem to be abandoned after 66 minutes at Het Zuiderpark on Sunday.

The hosts' had Pascal Bosschaart sent off early on and goals by Danko Lazovic, Anduele Prijor and Etienne Esajas had given Aad de Mos' men an emphatic 3-0 lead before the trouble erupted.

The game was dominated by the visitors who looked the more threatening from the outset.

Frans Adelaar's team had themselves to blame when Bosschaart was shown straight red for a professional foul after just 13 minutes, to leave his team with a man down.

And eight minutes later they were a goal down as well, when Lazovic converted a penalty after Den Haag's Ferrie Bodde was adjudged to have handled the ball by referee Ruud Bossen.

Two minutes into the second-half, the visitors extended the lead lead through Prijor.

Good work by Fred Benson saw him lay a perfect ball into the path of the striker, who fired home from just inside the penalty area to give Josh Wagenaar no chance in the home goal.

In the 66th minute, good work by Theo Janssen down the right saw him set up Esajas and he made it 3-0.

That goal sparked anger amongst the Den Haag supporters and approximately 100 of them decided to invaded the pitch to try and interrupt proceedings.

After a long delay, which included the home players attempts to lead the fans off the field, referee Bossen had no option but to abandon the game.

How did they get on, the fences are massive and they have a moat at the away end!!??
Wouldn't want to go back there anyway, the ground and area is a right dump.
