Recently, week after week, I check Roy's 'View From..' and see comments along the line of;
''Excellent re-guard action from *insert team*''
''To a man we defended excellently''
''Excellent shift put in by us''
etc.etc. IMO, in this league that attitude should be obsolete. Their is no glory in hanging on every week and picking up fortuitous points. In fact I think it is cowardly. Huge respect to the management and players at United who go week in, week out for the victory.
Yes we didn't win today but I want my United to keep the ball and go and attack teams regardless of the end result. There is no glory in claiming points after being 2nd best.
