Agree with that 100%If the new regime want to get the fans further onside then go back to changing the shirts every two seasons instead of every season

You don't have to buy them every year.If the new regime want to get the fans further onside then go back to changing the shirts every two seasons instead of every season

That's their daft fault for buying them every shirt then.Personnally I haven't bought one for about 5 years, but I know a lot of people who have kids who get pressurised to have every new one.
The ref behind Billy Dearden is Keith Walker who became SUFC's secretary in 1972. Walker was the ref when we lost that match at Man U on 2nd October 1971But hang about Matt the usual change strip was this for years but they haven't bothered showing it;

got to say I love the red sash kit but I'd be happy with this. Though I take the points above. I think that referees were less troubled by slight kit clashes than they are now. It always narks me when they get all fussy about shorts and socks being the same colours and United end up in white shorts at Swillsborough or something daft like that.

I've never understood the point in wearing our HOME kit when we aren't at HOME. You don't wear slippers in somebody elses house.
I'd rather we wear our "home" kit whenever possible. We're red & white stripes, not some random colour combination made up by kit marketing men.
yeah, it should be a rule that the away kit of a team can't share any of the home kits colours. I do like us sticking with the yellow away shirts.I've said this before and I'll say it again. Our away kit should be either white or retina-searingly bright.
The NFL teams have the options of a coloured shirt or a white one, although some do have a third kit which seems to be rarely worn. This at least means no colour clashes. As our home shirt has white stripes then perhaps a brightly coloured one is the best away option.
i thought next seasons home kit is going to be white with thin red stripes as it is our 125 anniversary
