ive gotta a feeling (wooh hoo), that cloughs not bothered about the league now and the players minds is on the semi final,
so i think defeat tonight, draw with orient and rovrum.

Brentford - win
Orient - win
Millers - win
Reasoning the players will be smarting from 2nd defeat in 3 games and if clough is smart he will tell them they playing for a semi final place even the young uns.
I think he will rotate 2-3 players each game, keeping them fresh and hungry.
I still firmly believe clough is being smart saying play offs are over, takes pressure off but if we win tonight, posh will feel it I think as will other teams.

Just hope tonight's game is half as entertaining as last season's now there isn't much riding on it.

Can we have that nutter ref again?
That would be one Keith Stroud. No such luck this time, Eddie Ilderton, same as Burton game.

Honestly never seen a game like that.

It was Morgs second after Swindon I think - still think had we held on to the three points there last season could have worked out differently. Still - mebbies fate played a hand as we would not have the set up we have now.

Definate win tonight, definate win against orient and our toughest game against rovrum in my opinion, will end up a definate win:D

Draw tonight, loss/draw to Orient and a win against Toytown, clearly the easier game of the three.

I can see him making a good few changes for all the games after he came out and said all eyes are on the cup so I'd be happy with 6 points from the 9. Think well beat orient & Toytown but may struggle tonight. UTB

We've yet to beat any of the top 5 haven't we?

With the 'ull game coming up, I wouldn't be expecting us to win any really. Although on that basis, remind me why I am bothering to turn up again?

The highest placed teams we've beaten at home are Peterborough and Swindon. The highest placed team we've beaten away is MK Dons.

Lose (no Harry)
Win
Draw

Hull have lost their last two and have only one game before the Semi, which is Swansea at home on Satdi.
If they lose that they their form going into it will be very poor and they will have a lot of time on their hands contemplating what will happen in a game they will be expected to win easily - especially as they haven't played much leading up to the match. That, I think, plays into our hands somewhat as it's always better to play soon after a defeat so you can get it out of your system and do something practical to get over it swiftly and become much more positive again. If they have lost three in a row knowing that Long and Jelavic are cup tied they may be feeling more nervous than they should.

All very interesting, but not of the slightest consequence in relation to whether we beat Brentford or not.

I agree, also considering when we played the reverse fixtures against these clubs we would have struggled to beat the frog and parrot.

The better stat is that we've only lost 4 at home all season and 2 of those were under you know who.

I can see us getting all 3 points tonight. We're quite capable of beating anybody at home.

Brentford - Win 2-0
Orient - Win 2-1
Rotherham - Win 3-1

Hull - Win 3-2

There wouldn't be any point in me going if I didn't think we could win!

Win tonight :D (as I've put in another thread, no Maguire isn't important - Donaldson usually skins him.)

This will get us all giddy about the play-offs (again) so, being United

Draw Saturday :( and...

Draw next Tuesday (apparently the Millers haven't lost a Tuesday evening game since August 2012)

Draw it is then - good point tonight and a good game. Brentford are strong and well organised, dangerous going forward but we still made some good chances and defended well. McGinn did well tonight I thought and good covering by Bray again for Harry. Bring on Orient I'm sticking with my win prediction for Sat!
