CKR was hit and miss for me yesterday.

1 minute he skins 2 players next he fluffs a pass.

He still has alot to learn and he showed it yesterday but still rather have him than Ifill.

But you just described everything that was wrong with ifill

CKR was dire yesterday. his first toutch went in the opposite direction. his 2 yar passes went to there players. balls we put up at gut height instead of on the deck. he keeps falling over. he takes on himself and gives ball to them. he tries too many flick which dont work. Ifill part 2.

Kenny is always doign mad stuff and costing us points. the biggest loss if we go down will be jags. kenny we can manage with really.

As i already stated either in this thread or another one, CKR created two or three chances yesterday. He skinned 3 players to set up webber and sent in a few good crosses, one of which set Lucketti up for what should have been the equaliser.

Fair enough, he is not a centre forward but to say he was dire is more then harsh in my opinion.

I hear people crying out for creative players week in and week out, but the same poeple refuse to give these types of players a chance.

Ifill and CKR are similar players, they go at their opponents instead of playing a sideways pass and alot of the time they wil lose the ball as a result. But they will create 3/4 goal scoring chances in most games, you just have to take the rough with the smooth rather then castrating them for the ones that get away.

Does anybody think we should have had a penalty in second half were there defender pulled down Lucketti at back post?

Yeah lucketti got pulled on few occasions but we have used up our penalty's this season.

The refs wont allow us any more. :)

Well I had a fantastic day which started in the Bankers Draft before the match and then a joyful away victory, we didn't play that well but we had great fun in the away end after the game met my mate who is a Sheffield United fan and we went for a few pints or 10 and then a curry, was a cracking day from my point of view.

I really really do hope you lot stay up, and I'm not just saying this I thought your stadium was great, you have managed to keep the character of the ground despite the all seater regulations and I hate most of these new grounds they have at Middlesboro, Southampton, Derby, Reading.. The Wigan ground is horrible too.

Good luck to you, I'd much rather that you stayed up as a northern club so not as far to travel and I have mates in Sheffield I can stay with, oh and at least you are a proper football club unlike the Wigans of this world.

Cheers i hope we stay up to. :D

If it makes for an easy away trip to travel to then thats a plus aswell. :)

Don't forget Leicester. :D

Awful performance. All we did was lump the ball into the box at every opportunity which is no good when we have strikers who don't want to mess their hair up. Easy to criticise the strikers' performances but when we don't play to their strengths what's the point in having them on the field?

Webber looked quite sharp when he came on...maybe a recall for the West Ham match?

For me, it has to be webber and nade from the off.

I've called for stability but Stead and CKR did not work as a partnership. For me, Danny and Nade showed more penetration during their cameos and i hope they are given a chance against west ham and for the remainder of the run in.

i think i have to agree with you there but i wouldn't drop CKR, playing him on the right instead of gillespie would be the best thing to do i think. And bring geary back in to support him.

Geary in definitley he is quality

Wouldnt start webber i was saying give him a go but i dont know definiltey nade to start not sure who to start with him though

was only nade in the team that played newcastle that wasnt from the championship or lower. warnock said there wasnt any better around that what we have got. absolute bollocks. im sure he could have found a creative central midfielder or another goalscorer. what about him who keane got rid of stead for from luton?

Im sorry but at this stage of the season with points needing we cant give these types of players a chance.
