Exactly what I've been thinking. He looks extremely composed on the ball and I think he would do well in the centre. He can pass with either foot and can win the ball without fouling a lot of times.

But he was substituted because of injury, maybe that had something to do with it?
I've certainly had no complaints about Naysmith since Blackwell came in.

not if naughton needed it there'll b times throughout the season where he starts to tire due to his age and resting him occassionally would aid his development and would also help to keep sun happier.
Although i do see the point you are trying to make but i disagree that naysmith has been performing to the same level of naughton and i would prefer to sun at left given the performances of the 2 in the match on tuesday, again thats just my opinion on the 2 players recent performances

well with Blackie's policy that if you play well you keep the shirt whoever you are, it looks like Naysmith may struggle to shift Sun when he recovers.
