The main word is IF
We had beat Swansea,Ipswich and Donny we would now be second in the table.
Blackwell out etc, etc (repeat to fade)
I don't think our players or manager are aware of how good we can be.
Sign Cresswell now what a difference he makes. I wonder if he ever thought he would be at the lane celebrating a United goal :D

Old proverb say 'if my auntie had bollox she'd be my uncle' :D

so if we'd taken another 7 points from the last 3 games we'd be second....looking at the table there are 15 teams who could also claim if they'd taken another 7 points from their last 3 games they'd be at least second and remember our 3 games were against sides in the bottom half of the division.

whichever way you spin it the last week has been very disappointing, 2 pts from 9 isn't good enough. I'm sure we can turn it round but our problem is that our style of football isn't pretty so when we are off form its difficult to pick out any redeeming factors.

I agree with the last points, we can turn it round but my main gripe yesterday was there were alot of decent balls begging for someone to attack, via head, when we did do one it rattled the bar and I thought it was unlucky of hendo. There were numerous balls into the box were neither Hendo, Davies, Evans, or Morgs didn't really make any attempt to get in front of their markers and Donny easily combatted our threat in the air, there was one ball that came in close to the front post (though it may have come from our left wing, had beer since then) in the second half and there was a chance for either hendo and evans to just make a jump at it and with the pace it will have been a dangerous chance, sadly neither did.

Having said that yesterday was a little more encouraging and had we had that guile to really go at them the game would have been a valuable 2 points up. We need to keep mixing the play up like yesterday but also attack the balls in the final third to create more.
Here's hoping this break will get players fresh and ready to go at teams, we really could cause alot of problems to many teams if our midfield and front pair feed each other better. (Evans for christ sake push up to Hendo.)

Defense is a total other ball game at the minute though, they all look down on confidence not just Bunn, we were unlucky to concede that goal but when james hayter took the turn instead of the shot first off I thought we'd do better with it. Morgs and Davies looked strong together at times but with Walker making silly runs on a few occasions Little had to cover him and he didn't have the pace, these runs created there only real chances. Jordan Stewart looked ok but did the same as Walker at times or just was out of position from time to time, though that was his first real game, think he'll do better next time. We left too much work for our two CB IMO we need to have a more solid understanding there.

Not great but I could see potential yesterday, which is a plus.
