More big club arrogance

Six English clubs won’t mean six Spanish, six Scottish and six from Azerbaijan. It will mean the 16 wealthiest clubs in Europe, wherever they’re from, and at the moment six of them are from England.
Heard on Talksport it would be 16 of the most successful European teams . No idea how they would work it out but we would not be amongst it. Can't see Manchester City making it or Chelsea to be honest or even Arsenal none of these tear Europe up. Reading some of these replies cheers me up for relegation.

If i was a fan of the big six id certainly not want to be in a Europan League. Away days are long and expensive enough!

The fans of the big European clubs are already in every big city. Walk around any European city and you'll see Liverpool,Barca,Real Madrid shirts and many more. These days unfortunately you can just pick a club no matter where you live. I'm off to buy a Bayern Munich shirt 😂😂😂

Looking at it cynically 16 makes sense as a number divide it up into 4 divisions of 4 teams you play everyone in your division twice and another 8 fixtures selected out of the 3 other divisions for a 16 game season. Then you maybe look to establish another super league elsewhere probably the americas taking the big South American clubs some from Mexico and some from the USA and the winner from each super league plays each other in a final something like the world club championship. I’ve said elsewhere in this thread that the NFL is a license to print money and there will be people in football looking at it with envious glances. If you want to get a bit tinfoil hat I don’t think it’s any coincidence Liverpool took the world club championship so seriously last year and I won’t be surprised to see teams placing more and more emphasis on it as a competition.

Some of our fan seem jealous. Reminds me of Wednesday fans...now that their team are struggling....aparently they never wanted to be in the PL anyway.

Think theres a level of hypocrisy going on here.
The game changed over 100 years ago when it went professional....then it was more about money than sport.

The one club with true principles are probably Sheffield FC....they turned their back on the professional game.....deliberately staying amateur.

Pep Guardiola wanting a smaller Premier League, which will further benefit the Big Six at the expense of other clubs. Perhaps Manchester City should go back down to the third tier.
Guariola,Klopp,Mourinho Stop trying to change English football we play games at Christmas we play games at Easter we used to play Easter Friday then the Saturday if you don't like it go back to your Countries and manager there
You weren't bleating when you applied for the job
