Big improvement on Long, but I thought he should have kept that one out today and I felt the same about his Bradford performance- I reckon he cost us at least one goal, if not two last week.

Sorry to find a negative on an otherwise excellent day, but I'm just noticing this kid is a bit erratic I think.

Not a chance of saving it. I was on the Koop, right behind the line of the shot, and I don't think any keeper would have saved that. Have a heart!

It's already up on the Sky Sports site. It's an excellent finish and nothing the keeper can do about it.

tad harsh - it was a nice move - a good lay off (lewington I think) to a kid running on to it and placed it from 18 yards in the bottom corner.

Some times you just have to accept - nicely taken goal

At the time I thought he could have done better with it but after seeing the highlights, maybe not.

It was a good goal, no blame on Moore whatsoveer. And his sharp save early and then being quick off the mark in the second when their player was through were vital. Routine keeping yes, but just the scenario where we'd have been pegged bag early on or gone behind with our previous keepers.

Didn't have a chance. Well taken goal thought going to other side when shaped and put it right in bottom corner. The fault for the goal was whomever gave the ginger two hat space running into box.

He quite often holds the ball for more than 6 seconds before releasing it. It happened during injury time yesterday and I was worried that the ref would give an indirect free kick to MK Dons. He did the same two or three times at Bradford last week

All keepers do it now - it was stupid that the rule has been relaxed - does it still exist btw?

Are you on drugs? That shot couldn't have been more in the corner. Sometimes you just have to accept a great finish. A keeper has to position themselves to cover multiple eventualities and percentages say that you can't cover them all. If he had been positioned to stop that shot he would have left a gaping hole on the other side of his goal.

Moore has made a massive difference since he came in, I note you don't comment on the good stuff like the early save and being aware enough second half to be quickly out of his area to clear in front the advancing mk player.

Why when we have won 8 and gone unbeaten in 11 do people have to still get on players backs,?

It wasn't a stunning game yesterday, but Moore, Freeman, Lafferty etc did okay and don't merit the criticisms received in this and other threads.

Reflect back to last season, that game would have petered out into a draw or a loss. We now have a team spirit which is winning games, like the Warnock and Bassett eras there may not be 11 stars on the pitch but they are all contributing. Enjoy it whilst it lasts

Please note gray no mention of Moore this week from me was right behind the shot and it was perfectly passed into the net Moore had no chance imo,in fact he had a decent game with what little he had to do long may it continue

He looks a solid keeper does Moore, then again I think my wife would be a better bet than Long or Howard.

It's about time we had a solid keeper, been saying it for a few years.

A lot is made of how Evans getting sent down cost us promotion which it may well have but replace Simonson (spelling) with a keeper like Moore & we'd have gone up anyway.

Amount of times over last couple of seasons Long three one into the net, passed to their player for him to score or basically flapped around like at Gillingham beginning of last season or Howard got beat by tame shots from near the halfway line.

Wilder deserves massive credit for finding the problems in this team & fixing them something other "more experienced" managers failed to do.

That perfectly describes the goal Bully, passed in with pace rather than a shot. A good goal.

Moore's attributes must be there for all to see though. I didn't think my Missis had any idea about what it takes to make a good keeper, but she took one look at yesterday's program cover when I got back and muttered something along the lines of 'Hmm I bet he covers all his angles'.

It wasn't a rule change it was a directive ,the referees come up with a new directive every year barmy ! Makes the two hats feel important
