He's turned down the blades to join a club in Belgium.

He signed a contract for FC Utrecht in my country. The Netherlands have a better league as Belgium. (at least Holland will play at the EC)
With Star did lose their play off match vs Aalst, so they will not promote to the Belgian 2nd division.
