In brief...

He would like to thank the tribunal. It's been a very complicated process but the arbitrators have gone away to review the evidence. They've been told they should get a decision by the end of the month, hopefully earlier. And it would be inappropriate for him to make any further comment until a decision has been made.

This delay could prove fatal in our plans for next season and i assume that is the reason that McCabe looked / came across so downbeat.

We have to plan for a season in the CCC and let the chips fall where they may.

That was my thought about our prep. If we were to be reinstated (which I still think is unlikely), we'd have even less time to prepare for a division we hadn't been preparing for.

Just have to wait and see.

Yep

In other words its CCC next season.

Best we can hope for is money.

The prem have wormed there way out now i think.

At this rate it's gonna be far too late for any league switching to be done because there'll be so little time to prepare for either the Prem or Championship.

them giving us money admits they were wrong and that west ham should have been relegated not us.
