McCabe - Question Time

I think this is a great idea, will try and get down for this otherwise ill be listening to RSheff.
Well its great aslong as he doesnt call us all gnarly dudes and accuses us of causing the investment to break down :D
 
I think he needs some coaching for this session. Here's some help from the most excellent chairman from across the city. So here's how it's done from The Big Lebowski himself:

' Yo Kev, most awesome to share this, dude! I have witnessed many things, but nothing as bodacious as time with the little dudes. You have to let them know that in time your team will be most triumphant, but dude you gotta have a poker face like me! (plays air guitar). Everything is different, but the same... things are more moderner than before... bigger, and yet smaller... it's computers, dude! Gotta get those dollars, it's the future. And don't forget to tell the little dudes, be excellent to each other. Party on dude.'

Sure fire winner with the little du...err fans if you follow that advice Kev. After all it's totally worked in S6!

The cynical Blade in me suspects a PR exercise where naff all will be said really, but whichever way, he's doing it, and can't be faulted for doing so. I certainly couldn't think of McDonald/Brealey/Hinchliffe/Woolhouse (with or without fake beard and moustache ;)) doing the same.

As I say, I still suspect it's a PR exercise after the recent disappointments, but I still trust King Kev I more than I have any other United chairman in my lifetime.

Not much of an endorsement given what we've had, but it's the best I can do.

I don't think there's a great deal of difference to be honest... :)

I'm currently drafting a rather long email about how the club ought to be embracing its fan sites and social media instead of making it into an Us v. Them scenario. And no, not in the way that Strafford is doing.

We'll be tweeting the Q&As as best we can with a full report hopefully when we get home on Friday evening.

So much for a weekend off!

The 2nd question then needs to be, have all the outgoing transfers been completed and there is to be no more?
 
I will be going down myself and fair play to Linz for whats she's doing, i want someone to ask him a question then finish with "DUDE" lmao
 
I have been down there tonight and thought McCabe spoke well.

The supporters in the main who went down got out most of the pertinent questions and McCabe answered them well.

The only low point of the night was the idiot who managed to give the microphone to the two ladies who crave attention and demanded to know why Killa had not been sold and suggested that Leigh Bromby was more than a capable replacement??? This was followed up by several nonsencial but audible (to me anyway) observations.

The other laugh was the bloke who would have been more in place in a WMC who told the assorted gathering that he had been a Blades 55 years time and time again and slurred down the microphone, forgetting the name of Kyle Walker
