And getting his role wrong in the first sentence of a complaint doesn't exactly encourage the powers that be to believe that the complaint is from a position of knowledge...

I think my idea would be to make his tenure so unpleasant that he takes a lower price. Others will choose to stay away because he might feel the pressure that way. Either way, many want shut.
