Mr McCabe bought another 1.3million shares in SUFC today and has 75.17% of shares issued.

What next?

Would that not benefit us?

Hope so.

Ferencvaros are supposedly bidding 2 million for a keeper this week last week they didn't have a pot to piss in.

The Blades have to sell before buying ?

De list from AIM.
New investors arrive.
Wetspam settle out of court.
McCabe leaves with a nice little earner.

Might not be in that order.

I imagine you aren't too far wrong on that one, other than I can't see McCabe "leaving" as such, nor can I see him making a nice little earner :)

He's gettin on maybe he just wants to sunbathe?
SUFC value at around £33million on AIM de list and on a pessimistic basis must at least double yer money, then there is the Wetspam rigmarole.

Time will tell.

How come he has bought more shares, i heard that he was looking for a predecessor or something?

Might be wrong

EDIT: Stinkyblade wrote this :)

actually it was Edmund Blackadder that brought the potato to Europe ;)

Sorry Londoner missed your post.

Threshold to de-list from AIM 75%, McCabe will offer to buy us out, question is what premium ? Shares in SUFC are trading low (asking 12.5p)an offer below 20p would be 'weak' in my opinion, guess its wait and see time.

Given that they are trading at ~12.5p, wouldn't 20p be a fairly decent top end offer? why would he pay more than double their worth if he didn't have to?

Foxy

The true value of the club would value the shares somewhere around 28p,
20p a share aint out the window.

Nowt to do with it but when Mccabe sell out he will recoup a lot more than even 28p a share.

Just watch time will tell.
